Cache layers
Object cache, page cache and CDN configured to agree with each other. Purge rules that actually fire when you publish.
Mail that arrives
SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Registration and DMCA mail landing in inboxes rather than spam folders is not optional.
Backups you can restore
Nightly, off-site, and — the part everyone skips — a restore actually performed once to prove the archive is not empty.
Monitoring
Uptime, disk, error rate and certificate expiry with alerts to Telegram. You find out before your visitors do.

Inventory
What you have: hosting, domains, licences, mail, CDN. Half the job is usually finding out what is already paid for and unused.
Plan & quote
A written scope with a fixed price. If your current hosting is wrong for the project we say so, with numbers.
Build
Provisioning, installation, configuration, hardening. Live sites are moved with a maintenance window agreed in advance.
Handover
Credentials, README, monitoring access and a short call. Two weeks of follow-up questions included, no clock running.

Common questions
Do I need to move hosting?
Only if the current one cannot do the job — usually shared hosting that throttles the very queries a video catalog lives on. We will tell you plainly, and we do not take referral money from hosts.
Can you work with my existing panel?
Yes. ISPmanager, HestiaCP, cPanel, Plesk or bare nginx are all fine. We adapt to what your team can maintain afterwards.
