Everything that can be checked, checked

Not a plugin's PDF with fifty yellow triangles. A written document that says what is broken, what it costs you per month, how long the fix takes — and what you should deliberately ignore.

First pass is free and needs no access — most of it is visible from outside

coverage

Seven angles, one document

Technical SEO

Indexation, crawl waste, duplicates, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, hreflang, redirect chains, log-file reality versus what the plugin claims.

Speed

Lab and field data, per-template. Which elements block paint, which scripts cost the most, and what the realistic ceiling is with your ad stack.

Security

Outdated core and plugins, exposed endpoints, weak admin surface, file permissions, known malware patterns — we have cleaned infected sites before.

Link health

Dead downloads and broken embeds measured against host APIs, not guessed. This is the single biggest silent killer in this niche.

Monetization

Where the money leaks: missing referral parameters, ad slots nobody sees, download gates that scare users off, hosts paying less than alternatives.

Infrastructure cost

What you pay versus what you use — oversized servers, forgotten licences, duplicate CDNs, backups nobody restores.

Content & catalog

Thin pages, orphaned posts, near-duplicate titles, taxonomy chaos, and the gap report: what your visitors searched for and did not find. That last one usually pays for the whole audit.

free tier

The first pass costs nothing

Send a URL and you get the P1/P2 list within a day or two: the things that are actively costing you traffic or money. No access, no contract, no obligation, and it is yours to hand to any contractor.

deep tier

The full one needs keys

Search Console, server logs, database and hosting access turn guesses into measurements — log analysis, slow-query profiling, real crawl statistics, backup verification. Fixed price, delivered as a document plus a call.

Questions

Do I have to hire you for the fixes?

No. The document is written so your own developer can execute it. Plenty of people take it and do the work themselves — that is fine, and it is why the first pass is free.

How long does it take?

The free pass: one to two days. The full audit: about a week, depending on catalog size and how quickly access arrives.

Will you tell me things I do not want to hear?

Yes. Including “this site is not worth fixing, start a new one” when that is the honest answer.

One URL is enough to start

You get a real list of problems. What you do with it is up to you.
